| Welcome To New Clues to Book 6! |

WATCH THIS SPACE FOR AN UPDATE ON CHAPTER POSTING!
To Our Friends—
We know that our absence from these boards has caused frustration and comment, and we are sorry. Please believe us when we tell you that it was unavoidable. WWP is a tinier company than you could imagine, faced with the difficulties that all such companies face, and then some. In the almost two years since Book 6 came out, we have considered closing our metaphorical “doors” many times.
Nevertheless, we understand it is important to you that we go back to putting up chapters, and it is something we want to do for you, despite it stretching our capabilities to the breaking point. We were excited, as fellow fans, to hear about the July 21 release—but as you can imagine, now we are even more pressed, as we continually have to choose between what we can accomplish and what we have to let go.
We are going to begin posting Chapter Scrolls again (but in order to try to finish the Guide to Book 6, they will need to be bare-bones ones) at approximately 2-week intervals. After the release of our Guide to Book 6, as the release of Book 7 gets closer, we will be able to look at posting faster.

How This Forum Works
If you were a member of the original New Clues, you know--be nice to each other, help each other, do use canon which includes all of Jo's books and interviews, plus things on her site (but which does NOT include movies), don't quote the whole post above yours, no chatting or one-liners, no fanfic, no trolls, no problems. If you weren't a member of the original New Clues (and even if you were!), you really need to read your member letter, and just in case you didn't--here it is.

MOD SELECTION FOR BEST APRIL FOOL'S DAY POST
Due to our lack of a timeturner, WWP was delayed in announcing the results of the Mod Selection for Best April Fool’s Day Post. We apologize to the participants and to our wonderful Mods, who repeatedly fielded the questions, “But—what about the April Fools Forum? Who did the Mods choose as making the best post?”
The Mods had made a concerted effort to convince us to choose everyone who posted, saying that anyone who read the backwards threadstarters and then managed to post deserved an award. We agreed, but the cost of shipping being what it is, we are forced to offer the griffin’s share of you a heartfelt, if somewhat belated, round of applause as your reward.
We did agree to make it two posters instead of one, though, and if Vixx and shirlsteve will contact Elf or the mod of their choice with their snail (slug?) addresses, an owl will be dispatched with various things we hope they will enjoy...
